Raid signups and raid calendar

Ok these are rules on how to use raid calendar in guild. Firstly u MUST have this to sign up for a raid, if u dont tell ragnaros or canabo and they can help you. Link is at http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/1958 download this from here

How to use Group calendar
- Click clock were the wow time normally is, this opens up calendar, it flashes and says 60mins, 30mins, 15mins, 5mins before a raid and says.

- 2 future karazhan runs will also show on raid calendar, once 1 run is finnished, another will be added

- You are only allowed to sign up for 1 run at a time. if 2 runs show, you are only allowed to sign up for either of them, this makes it fairer for others. Even tanks and healers cannot sign for 2. If you finnished a kara raid, you may then sign up for 1 of the next 2 raids

- If you sign up for a raid and do not turn up and have no real good reason, you will lose 5 DKP

- If you are removed from a position in a raid, before a raid anytime on the group calendar by a raid leader, you wil be told why in ingame mail or /w and will be assigned to another raidin time if it suits you.

- 1 lvl 60 raid will be on calendar each week, if its 20man raid 3 of each class max can join, if 40man, 6 max per class can join (unless 40 choose to come, then some wont reach 6)


To guarrentee youself in a raid, be sure to sign up as fast as you can, and check eevry day for new times. You may also create group runs for heroic instances yourself, or pvp battlegroups. Use the calendar to your advantage and plan out whatever is needed. Dont wait until offciers sort everything out, some things you must take into action yourself, we cant read your mind, if you want a heroic badly, set a time and advertise

Rules
- no swearing, dirty talking, or racism on group calendar (same with everything in guild)
- no posting fake events
- putting birthdays up are fine so long as they r real. Hobbit birthdays are ebst, when you give others presents on you own birthday
- a maximum of 3 future events at a time per person within a 6 month period (once one is over, or delted you can put up another)
